Going Digital!!!

Here is my newest addiction! Well, I'm addicted now that I've done one page! So this is my newest hobby, Digital Scrapbooking. It's much quicker than paper crafting and just as fun so far.. I still *love* paper crafts of course, but for now I might actually be able to get some layouts done!! We have been playing outside every sunny day this week and I'm itching for summer! I'm going with the kiddies this week to Cali for a week and we are so excited to hit the beach and get some sunburns!! If you have Photoshop, you're set to start making your own layouts! I got the FREE digi kit from Shabby Princess, it's called Sun Porch by Amy Teets if you want to go find it for yourself! There are quite a few places to find free kits, so check it out!!

3 Quirks

I got an email that tagged me to list my quirks and explanations of why, but I thought instead I'll stick it here... so I was supposed to do 5 quirks, but I'm choosing to do 3. Why? you ask. Well, it could be a few reasons: a) I only have 3 wierd things about me to write b) I have a ton of strange personality disorders but these were the 3 best c) I am so completely overtaken by my OCD that I didn't post them all so you all wouldn't send me to the Mental Hospital. OK, so you can decide what you think! Here they are:

1. I haven't chosen a side of the bed to sleep on. And not because I'm lazy... I just don't like to sleep on the side of the bed that's closest to the door, so depending where the bed is, compared to the door, is where I choose to sleep. Hotel, guest room, or rearranging my own bedroom, it doesn't matter. I have this crazy idea that if a serial killer came in, Cameron would be there to protect me... don't even ask 'what if he decided to go around the bed'... I can't wrap my mind around it at this point! PS, here's my bed, I mostly just wanted to show off my semi-new home-made headboard (the walls haven't been painted behind it yet...)

2. I don't drink milk. What do I do when I want to eat cereal, you ask? Well, mostly I don't eat cereal, but when I do, I use just a tiny bit of juice... I know, nasty! But it's not actually too bad. I usually have it with apple juice since it's the least amount of flavor added to the cereal... So, as the great Plex (The Magic Robot) would say: Try it! You'll like it!

3. I like to get burned in the bathtub. I know it's some sort of deranged, self-inflicting pain, psychotic behavior, but here's my explanation! I fill the tub at a regular heated temperature, and at the last minute, I turn the water all the way up to it's hottest temp. I let it fill for another 10 seconds or so... I love the tingling feeling it gives my feet first as it travels through the water till it is eventually at my neck... I know I'm a psycho! BUT, don't knock it till you try it!!

A Short Update

Here are some pictures of Valentine's Day from Teri Webster. The kids had a blast and came home with a bunch of cute stuff! Campbell turned 6 months yesturday... whoa, time has really flown by! She is getting really tricky, she sits up all by herself, can use her hands pretty well, and eats a ton of different solid food, including mac and cheese, graham/ritz crackers, and whole bananas! She's starting to say DaDa and MaMa and loves to be stood up... she hates being on her back! We are enjoying life and lovin' our little family! We went to Colo. Springs this past weekend to check it out and we liked what we saw... We got a few contacts out of the trip as well, and things seem to be running smooth.

Cam + Chelle = LOVE

Cameron is such a Babe! He brought home some flowers after work, and not just any flowers! Tulips! These are my all-time favorite flowers! So, Cameron totally scored BIG with me!! Anyway, I made him this cool little accordian book with things I love about him... There are tags that pull out and everything with reasons I love him, and things I love about him, etc. all with pictures. I won't share the gushy stuff, but let's just say, he thinks I'm awesome!

There is also a backside to the madness, but that's all private and lovey and stuff! Enjoy! PS, We went to a fun little party with some friends and did valentine games and cookie decorating, but alas, no pictures... maybe some to come soon! Jace and Campbell had a blast! I *love* me some sugar cookies! Valentine's Day is the best! (well, after Halloween and Christmas!... in that order!) Happy Valentine's Day everyone! LOVES!

OK, enough of that! Our family is doing well, we've just been hanging out at home mostly, but we DID go to Chuck E. Cheese's yesturday for some fun away from home! Jace made out with some good loot (if you call junkie plastic toys a prize!) and we all had fun! Here are some pictures of Campbell and Jace playing on the dump truck. Jace was protecting Camper cause she slipped a little and bonked her noggin, what a good big brotha!

Figuring out the steering wheel... I'm glad they can't actually drive yet!
